I’ve had this “data cannot be loaded” issue for some time now and seeing I’m not the only one. I cleared the cache etc and still not working properly. Sometimes the chart does loads but it takes time (10 to 20 seconds) and then when you change the timeframe you get the pop up as per the screenshot below. Please prioritise this fix as I am unable to do any testing. Love the platform and the functionalities but charts not loading is a critical issue.

Hi, I’ve actually deleted that project and started a new one. I’m currently working on this one which mostly works fine but when I moved down from 1D to 5m it showed the data not loading error. Hope this helps
