Great. From past experiences nothing will come from it, but odds are feature benefits. We will be able to write a note to ourselves that the candles are off. Keep focusing on features when the most important part of this app are the actual candles. Ignore those so people will not be able to get true feedback on their strategies. PRICE is everything. You guys are allowing us to gamble. You need to fix the candles and STOP with the STUPID features. I don’t understand how you don’t realize that. I really don’t. I have been telling you for a long time that you have this problem or that problem. Those should have been fixed, but instead you guys ignored them and I am not sure why. Keep focusing on features and ignoring complaints on price. That is not good customer service. Also more and more companies like yours are popping up, so you have to make yourselves better. You have to be better than them. A lot of them are using Tradingview to create their sites. That means you have to beat Tradingview and you won’t do it ignoring major problems like price

Dear @Tradermoe1023 ,
I’ve reviewed your video and project. Here’s how the candles behave in your timezone (UTC-4):
Hourly candles (H1): open every hour (e.g., 16:00, 17:00, 18:00).
Daily candles (D1): open at 18:00 UTC for a new day in UTC-4.
Step-by-step:
16:00 H1 → Daily candle 28.10.2015
17:00 H1 → Daily candle 28.10.2015
18:00 H1 → Daily candle 29.10.2015
So the daily candle opening is correct and follows the timezone. Could you clarify what exactly seems to be the problem from your perspective? Thank you.

Problem is I have to switch from UTC 4 to UTC 5 every once in a while and not just twice a year.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out about this.
I wanted to let you know that we're currently working on a solution to properly handle automatic Daylight Saving Time (DST) transitions. Thank you.
