Crosshair vertical indication stops not working in bottom panel

In crosshair mode, when you move into the lower indictor panel the value indicator at the Right Hand Side stops indicating.

This means you cannot track the values of the indicator.

You can only see the current value which is indicated at the Left Hand side.

This affects all indicators that use lower panel. It is not specific to any indicator.
