Chart Scaling Issue Across Timeframes

Hi, I’ve noticed a recurring issue in Forex Tester Online. On certain timeframes, the chart compresses into a very narrow horizontal line, making it impossible to view properly. Double-clicking price does not fix the scaling. The problem repeats across multiple projects. Screenshot attached for reference.

    How long could this take to resolve? At this point, I can’t use the product. Clicking on different timeframes is inconsistent—it only works intermittently. Sometimes it responds, other times it doesn’t, which makes the software unusable.

      Hi @User ! Thanks for reaching out.

      Please try hovering your cursor over the price scale on the right side of the chart and then scroll your mouse wheel forward. Alternatively, you can click and hold the left mouse button on the price scale and drag your mouse up.
      This should make the candle bodies appear larger. Hope this helps.
