Can't use forextester online

When i try to continue backtesting any proyect all projects have this error=>
Unexpected Application Error!

Project start date is not initialized

I have a lifetime license, and honestly, this is the second time I’ve had to report a serious bug that prevents me from using the service I paid for. I don’t understand how this can keep happening.

    The project you sent is working.

    Please try clearing the cache and logging out, then back in again. This often resolves unexpected errors like the one you're seeing.
