Can't use forextester online

When i try to continue backtesting any proyect all projects have this error=>
Unexpected Application Error!

Project start date is not initialized

I have a lifetime license, and honestly, this is the second time I’ve had to report a serious bug that prevents me from using the service I paid for. I don’t understand how this can keep happening.
