Could you please try logging out and then logging back into your account? That should resolve the issue. Let me know if you're still having trouble after that.

Hi, thanks for reply! I did once and it did not work but I did again and charts were open, then I close app and open again and did not work again. I tried log off again and log back but it did not fix the issue anymore. I does not matter if its new project or the one created before :(

What is your operating system and device? (e.g., Windows 10 on a Dell laptop, macOS on a MacBook Pro)
How is your internet connection quality?
Also, could you please try using the Google Chrome browser to see if the issue persists there? Sometimes browser-specific issues can cause problems like this.

I refresh page few more times after my last answer and it start work again. I will let you know if the issue will happen again or more often. Thanks

If the issue happens again, could you please also try clearing the cache and site data for Forex Tester Online? This sometimes helps resolve inconsistent behavior.

I am sorry for late response but I did not use much it last days but it did not work unfortunately. the issue is still there. Im using Edge browser in browser and also I got saved page as app in Edge but both does not work. Its loading and after a while it says again cant load , please try again or change symbol. I did cleared cache and log put few times but still nothing. It opens one or two but after the same issue appear. Like I said previously it does not matter if is new project with 1 chart with no indicators or if it is my old project with few indicators.
