Please add the 3-minute timeframe again. After that, it should be activated properly, and adding tools like Line, Box, and Risk/Reward should work there again.
If it still doesn't work after re-adding the 3-minute timeframe, send a screenshot or short video and I'll take a closer look.

It works fine on my side, so to better understand what’s happening on your end could you please send us a short screen recording of the issue, with the console tab open at the same time? That way we’ll be able to see any errors logged and quickly pinpoint the cause.
