Can't Access any new Data

I can’t access any chart data from the past 4-5 months on multiple pairs. Tested EURUSD, XAUUSD, GBPUSD.

I have reset cookies and crated multiple new projects without any success.

I would like to do some October testing today if possible.

      I thought I had lifetime access, as I’m an affiliate on YouTube.
