candelstik timing misaligned

i was backtesting and found out when the 4H candel opened at 5:00 and closed at 9:00at level 1225.66 but when i shifted at 15M timeframe the same candel opened at 9:00 at 1224.35 the timing is 12 febuary 2015 XAUUSD. its very concerning after paying money i think you guys not providing proper data. manx5761@gmail.com please contact me when this issue is resolved
