It's a shame things are going so badly; this is the last thing I needed, as it means I have absolutely no chance of executing the strategy I want. Unless the price is within 70,000,000 pips, it won't let you execute the buy stop properly.

    Primero, te recomendamos probar el símbolo USTECH100 en lugar de USA100, ya que podría funcionar mejor con tu configuración.

    Según tu descripción, el problema probablemente se deba a un spread muy alto (la diferencia entre los precios de compra y venta). Ten en cuenta que las órdenes de compra stop se activan con el precio de compra, y si el spread es demasiado alto, puede parecer que la orden se ejecuta lejos del nivel esperado.

    En este caso, te recomendamos ajustar manualmente la configuración del spread a un valor más adecuado.

    First, we recommend trying the USTECH100 symbol instead of USA100, as it may work more correctly for your setup.

    Based on your description, the issue is most likely related to a very large spread (the difference between Ask and Bid prices). Please note that Buy Stop orders are triggered by the Ask price, and if the spread is too high, it may seem like the order is being executed far from the expected level.

    In this case, we recommend manually adjusting the spread settings to a more appropriate value.
