  1. Moving the chart by dragging with the mouse works poorly.

  2. Placing a market order should be simpler – like in cTrader, for example, where I click the quick buy button with the mouse and drag it to the place where I want to set the market order.

  3. Changing timeframes causes lag and sometimes completely crashes the application.

    1) You mentioned dragging the chart with the mouse feels clunky. To help the devs pinpoint the problem, could you record a short video showing exactly what happens when you drag the chart?

    2)We do have a quick‑action panel:


    3)Which timeframes cause the lag ?

    Which symbols were you working with when the app froze (EURUSD, BTCUSD, etc.)?

      1) i tried to do it now, but it suddenly works smoothly. What happened before: when I tried to move the chart back or forth, the chart would sometimes behave as if I’m dragging a picture, not the chart. Same thing when I was trying to grab and change SL. It works now though, I guess it was just lagging a liitle.

      3. timeframes were 1 and 5 minute. It was a bit laggy, like I needed to wait around 5-10 seconds for the timerframes to switch. Now it works smootlhy

        Hello,

        Thanks for getting back to us with these details. I'm glad to hear that everything is working smoothly for you now.

        If you happen to experience this kind of lag again, would you mind opening the browser's developer console (usually by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J) and recording a short video of the issue? Seeing any errors that might appear in the console would be a huge help for our team to investigate what's going on.

    Hello @szymon alter . Thank you for the feedback.

    1) Please try switching the browser to Google Chrome, this should help to fix the issue with chart dragging.

    2) Our developers will add a tool for improved one-click trading in the future versions of the app. At the moment, you can call New Order window via hotkey (Shoft+N b default) an then pick a price from a chart. Or you can right-click on a chart → Quick Order → then click on necessary market or pending order option.

    3) How long does it usually take to change a timeframe of the chart? Please check if the same happens if you change an Internet browser to Chrome, I hope this will help with fixing this issue as well.
