Bug Report: Duplicate Number Input When Changing Chart Timeframes

Hello Forex Tester Online Support Team,

I would like to report a bug related to changing chart timeframes using keyboard shortcuts.

Issue Description:

When I press a number key to change the chart timeframe, the number is entered twice instead of once.

For example:

  • Pressing "5" results in "55" instead of "5".

  • Pressing "1" results in "11" instead of "1".

The duplicate input appears instantly.

However, if I press Backspace to clear the input and then enter the number again, it works correctly.

The issue occurs again the next time I try to change the timeframe. For example, pressing "5" again results in "55".

Troubleshooting Already Performed:

  • Tested both the numeric keypad and the number keys above the letters — same issue.

  • Tested the keyboard in other applications — works normally.

  • Tested in Google Chrome and Safari — same issue.

  • Tested in Chrome Incognito Mode — same issue.

  • Switched between Japanese and English keyboard input modes — same issue.

  • Reloaded the webpage — no improvement.

Environment:

  • Platform: Forex Tester Online (web version)

  • Operating System: macOS

  • Browsers: Google Chrome and Safari

  • Date first noticed: October 15, 2026

Additional Information:

This feature had been working normally for a long time, and the issue suddenly appeared today without any intentional changes to my setup.

Since the issue occurs across multiple browsers and the keyboard works normally in other applications, I suspect this may be related to a recent update or a bug in the timeframe input handling.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a workaround or a planned fix?

Thank you for your support.
