Bug On Commision & Spread Settings

For the spread once i put any value i cant set it back to 0. even if the insert value 2, i cant insert value 0.

For the commission i cant manual insert value that i want, only can increase or decrease by clicking the up & down button. even the 0.02 cant turn to 0. if i increase the value it turn to 1.02, 2.02 and so on.
