bug encountered during sign up process

I was trying to signup and kept getting into error every time I submit my form details. the error msg was completely useless. it just kept saying “ran into problem”. not telling me what problem. after doing some digging I found out that it was the length of the password. and that was not mentioned anywhere in the error msg OR sign up page. very poor UX by the UI team.
