Btc orders not executed
I am trying to backtest crypto and I noticed the orders are not executed when I set the limit orders. The price pass trhough the price and don’t do anything at all . For stop orders , it’s grayed out I can’t even set them . Everything works fine with forex and indices .

Hi @User! Thank you for reporting the bug. Yesterday we added a fix for similar issues with opening orders. Please try clearing cache and data and creating a new project.

didn ´t work yet . But it’s only with crypto works with other pairs like forex and indices without issues

A few examples of the problem . I set the limit order , and it’s not triggered at all it goes even near the stop loss in the second example without any trigger

Thank you for the screenshots. The problem is most likely caused by the big floating spread of the BTCUSD pair. Please activate the visibility of the Ask price and try placing buy orders related to this price. Please note that the floating spread is used by default. You can deactivate the Floating spread option and set the required fixed spread in the Symbols properties (see the screenshots below).

Thank you very much it did work :) any plans to have the data feed for crypto pairs from crypto exchanges and adding this way more pairs in the future ? Also it will reduce the spread this way as well
