We haven't been able to backtest for over a week!
I haven't been able to backtest for over a week now because I'm getting the error shown in the video! I’m extremely frustrated that I bought this program from you—the one promoted by YouTuber Xpreay—hoping I could learn to trade and better understand the markets. Unfortunately, ever since I purchased the license, I’ve been encountering errors and issues with using this software.
If I’m not getting an error saying I don’t have a Pro license—which I do have—then the charts won’t load during backtesting, and if not that, then it’s something else. I’d really like you to fix these errors as soon as possible because they’re seriously annoying; if it weren’t for these errors, the software really has potential and could make backtesting and learning so much easier.

Przepraszamy za problemy z oprogramowaniem. Cały marzec poświęciliśmy na poprawki błędów i poczyniliśmy w tym zakresie duże postępy. Planujemy wydać nową aktualizację z wieloma poprawkami w ciągu najbliższych 2 tygodni, a następnie będziemy kontynuować prace w kwietniu, więc możecie się spodziewać, że oprogramowanie wkrótce stanie się znacznie bardziej stabilne.

We’re sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with the software. We dedicated the entire month of March to fixing bugs and have made significant progress. We plan to release a new update with many fixes within the next 2 weeks, and will continue focusing on improvements in April, so you can expect the software to become much more stable soon.

Niestety mam podobne spostrzeżenia. Pomysł na ten program jest super, ale działanie to tragedia. Błąd na błędzie. Ja np mam problem ze zmianą koloru świec a teraz nawet słupków nie mogę odtworzyć

I've launched your project on my end and it's working normally, so let's try to diagnose the issue together.
Could you please take a few steps to help me identify the issue?
Reopen your project. Press Ctrl+Shift+J to open the developer console. Go to the "Console" tab and take a screenshot of any errors you see there when the project fails to load.
After navigating to 08/03/2019, press the "Start" button and check if the candles on the chart start appearing.
The issue may be related to the NAS100 symbol. Could you try creating a new project using only the USTECH100 symbol and see if the problem persists?
Did you install any custom indicators?
Your answers will help us pinpoint and resolve the issue more quickly.

Gdy dam spróbuj ponownie to ładuje się wykres ale nie mogę sterować widokiem ani nic innego poza tym że świece się odtwarzają
Zmieniłem symbol i dalej problem występuje
Tak instalowałem, ale one działały na innych projektach normalnie tak jak i na tym działają normalnie, więc nie sądze żeby to była po ich stronie wina

Zauważyłem kilka błędów, które mogą być spowodowane przez wtyczki blokujące reklamy w Twojej przeglądarce. Czy możesz spróbować tymczasowo wyłączyć wszelkie wtyczki blokujące reklamy lub dodać naszą witrynę do listy wyjątków, a następnie sprawdzić, czy problem nadal występuje?
Widzę również błąd, który może być związany z jednym ze wskaźników (ICT Daily Level), których używasz. Spróbuj tymczasowo usunąć ten wskaźnik z wykresu, a następnie wyczyścić pamięć podręczną i dane projektu FTO. Następnie uruchom projekt ponownie bez tego wskaźnika i daj mi znać, czy to pomogło.

I've noticed a few errors that may be caused by ad-blocking plugins in your browser. Could you try temporarily disabling any ad-blockers or adding our site to your exceptions list and then checking if the problem persists?
I'm also seeing an error that may be related to one of the indicators (ICT Daily Level) you're using.
Please try temporarily removing this indicator from the chart and then clearing the cache and FTO project data. After that, run the project again without this indicator and let me know if that helps.
