We haven't been able to backtest for over a week!

I haven't been able to backtest for over a week now because I'm getting the error shown in the video! I’m extremely frustrated that I bought this program from you—the one promoted by YouTuber Xpreay—hoping I could learn to trade and better understand the markets. Unfortunately, ever since I purchased the license, I’ve been encountering errors and issues with using this software.
If I’m not getting an error saying I don’t have a Pro license—which I do have—then the charts won’t load during backtesting, and if not that, then it’s something else. I’d really like you to fix these errors as soon as possible because they’re seriously annoying; if it weren’t for these errors, the software really has potential and could make backtesting and learning so much easier.
