Blind Trading Idea

Feature Request

I would like a Blind Trading feature to enhance my backtesting strategies. This feature should provide me with a random symbol and date, without displaying the date, price values, or symbol name. It allows me to trade based solely on the visible price action on the chart, helping to develop and test strategies purely on price movement.

    The blind trading feature could be improved.

    As a trader I’d like to be able to limit blind trading to a single symbol (experienced traders don’t trade many different assets at once) and that’s already possible.

    For custom times I’d like to specific the time range of the test. It doesn’t make much sense to test your skills with price behavior from 5 years ago. For example practicing with Bitcoin doesn’t help much if I use prices before 2020.

    Instead I’d like to have the option to jump to a random date in a specific time range, e.g. jump to a date in the last 2 years where behavior is similar to what we are challenged with today.

      The idea of setting a specific time range for practice makes a lot of sense.
