Bars are not 'completed' when moving them forward

Example: Open a chart on the 15 min timeframe. Go forward a few bars using the forward button a bar at a time. Then set your play speed to minimum (real time) - press play and you will see that in fact the current bar hasn’t ‘completed’ yet and still has a few pips yet to play out. I would expect that when you forward a single bar that you are going to the very end of that bar and/or the next one may have started by one tick already. Otherwise no testing using bar strategies is possible using this product as you will not be able to see a ‘finished’ bar by rolling the chart forward.
