Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the chart playback.
To help us figure out what's going on, could you please open the Console tab in your browser (you can usually do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J) and take a screenshot of the entire chart window, including any errors you see in the console?
As a temporary workaround, you could try using the "Go to" option to jump forward one day at a time.
