Auto Save and Manual Save sometime not working

Hi , can you fix the Auto Save and Manual Save , my online network is working well , but the Save always have some problem , when i stay in chart back test more than 5 minit only.

can not save . when reload , all back test reset again or can not open recent chart for back test again.

i use this FTO morethan 2 weeks , problem still same , nobody fix it until now.

Please fix this problem !!
