As a first step, please try using the Go To feature and jump one week or one month forward from 25/12 to see if the chart continues loading past that date.
If the issue persists and the chart still gets stuck, please send us your project so we can investigate it in more detail on our side. Looking forward to your update.

Hi Serhii, this seems to be an issue on every Christmas Day every year on the AUDUSD. It will not go past that day no matter what I do (including the fixes you suggested) if I have a trade open. If no trade is open, the suggested fix (jump one week) fixes it). However this is obviously annoying as I have to omit the trades on that date every year

Hi @User ! Thanks for flagging this and great job figuring out the workaround 👍 You’re absolutely right — closing the trades before jumping forward is the correct approach here, even though it’s definitely not ideal to have to omit those trades every year.
I’ve already passed this information on to our developers and asked them to specifically check the AUDUSD data around Christmas Day to understand why this is happening and see how it can be improved.
