Hi I was testing on AUDUSD from 2016 / 2017. If I start a project and test in these areas the data is not always loading or in some instances it loads very slow. Maybe the data cannot be loaded. Are you guys working on this problem?
Hi @User! Thank you for reporting the bug! Please note that, for now, it’s recommended to start your project from April 1, 2018, as data prior to 2018 still needs to be adjusted by our developers. This is likely the cause of the issue you're experiencing.
