Sorry, sometimes when using a custom timeframe, the chart tools may stop appearing on it after a while. This is a known issue in the platform, and we are already working on it.

The workaround is the following now:

You need to add the custom timeframe again whenever the tools disappear.

Re‑adding refreshes the chart and restores the tools.
