Add XABCD & Cypher Tools for Harmonic Traders

For harmonic traders, it would be extremely useful to have built-in tools for drawing XABCD and Cypher patterns.

Currently, these tools don’t seem to exist within Forex Tester, which makes harmonic analysis more cumbersome and forces traders to rely on external platforms. Adding them would make the platform much more appealing to a wider audience of technical traders.
