add auto-selection of tab widths to match the screen width

The tabs "Open Position", "Pending orders", "Account History" are too wide, I have to scroll to the right to see the profit of the deal.

I have a laptop with a 15'6" screen.

I think that the tab should be automatically equal to the width of the screen to see all the information on the screen at once, as the profit of the transaction is the most important and should be in front of your eyes.
