Add a Comment Field to the Order and Order Modification Pop-ups

Please add a Comment field to both the New Order pop-up and the Modify Order pop-up.

    Hello @suwa gori . Thanks for the suggestion. I will transfer it to our developers and ask them to consider adding this functionality in the next versions of the FTO app.
