Add a "Callout" drawing tool (text box + pointer line) — or extend Price Level Object to support custom text

I've attached two images: the first shows what I want — a TradingView-style Callout (shaded text box + pointer line, moving as one object). The second shows my suggestion — using FTO's existing Price Level Object as a base, since it already has a similar line + label structure.

Problem: FTO has Text Label and Line tools separately, but no combined Callout — placing them separately means they misalign every time I scroll/zoom.

Suggestion: Instead of building a new tool from scratch, extend the existing Price Level Object — let the label box hold custom text (like "Liquidation," "Entry," "BOS") instead of only showing the price value. Since the line and label in this object already move together, this would be a simpler fix than a brand-new tool.

Why: I use FTO for SMC-based backtesting and need to tag candles with short notes. Either a new Callout tool or an editable-text Price Level Object would solve this.
