What is the specific date of the 4H candle you are comparing?

Nq100. I am not comparing anything. I am just seeing that the starting time of 4H candle is incorrect. For example, a new candle should start at 6:AM (EST) and clse at 10:AM (EST).
My time zone is EST

We see that everything works perfectly on the chart. Please, try to clear cache and cookies and try again.

Hi @User! Thank you for the project URL and screenshots. Kindly attempt to create a new project with the settings demonstrated in the attached screenshot. The start time of the H4 candle should be accurate in this instance.

I have compared NQ100 (FTO) with NQ futures. should be the same. But I still see bars are off on 4H time frame on 1 H they are same.

Hi, thanks for reaching out and providing the screenshots. The NQ100 you see in FTO is an index, not a futures contract. Could you let me know which specific NQ futures contract you are comparing it to?
Also, would it be possible for you to send those screenshots again, but this time in full size so I can see the entire chart interface? It looks like the 1H candles might be slightly different as well, and having the full view would help me investigate this properly.

This is not working no matter if futures or cfd ,h4 candle is diplaced on opening time abd you cannot solve 3 month im asking without solution . Deporable
