I have a video of it for my project which I will put below. I do believe that it worked for the US500 but I need both in order to backtest my strategies fully.

Could you please try using the NAS100 symbol instead? It's the same instrument as USA100, just with a different name, and the 3-minute timeframe should work correctly there. Thank you.

Could you please send a link to your project or projects where you noticed that when you set a 3-minute timeframe, the chart freezes?
As I have verified this on my project using XAUUSD, it operates stably on a 3m timeframe.
