2-minute chart not working

I have the 2-minute chart selected for my project. The simple moving averages I’ve applied do not display and the candles will not advance (it’s frozen.) Perhaps other custom timeframes are affected as well.

    Thank you for your patience.

    I have been informed that the data issue you reported has been fixed.

    Please close the Tab for the project completely, then go to your Dashboard with a list of your projects, and Select this project.

    Please let me know if there are any other questions.

    Dear @Dave,

    Thank you for reporting this, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

    I’ve already forwarded your project and the issue to our developers for investigation. I can also see that there is a large gap in the chart, which is likely causing the chart to freeze when trying to advance the candles and may also be affecting the indicators.

    As a temporary workaround, please try closing the current project tab, returning to the Dashboard, and then opening the project again. It should allow you to continue working with the project.

    Our developers will also investigate and fix the issue with the gap.
