1M chart does not load, when does, it doesn't replay

First it’s loading screen forever, and eventually it geos to the “try again” pop up which I am not able to do.

And if I re-load before that, once in a million times, 1M chart shows, but it does not replay nor able to do anything, except the “bar backward” button.

I wrote “Project Link” but it’s been happening in every projects.

Since I have purchased this, everytime I open, I have been doing nothing but the debugs.

This is a job, and starting to feel that I should get paid instead.
