12th Release - Crosshair Default Setting

Crosshair is still not the default setting.

Whichever cursor was selected before drawing an object, should be selected after drawing is finished. Currently, if you select crosshair, then select rectangle tool for example and draw a rectangle, then the cursor becomes the white arrow (not the crosshair). Also all the objects should be selectable with crosshair
