Fourth release since FTO Alpha (FTO Beta Start)

We are thrilled to announce our fourth release since the launch of FTO Alpha Test! We are incredibly grateful to our users for their active participation and feedback on the Featurebase platform. Thanks to your input and suggestions, we have been able to improve our product. With this release, we are excited to announce that FTO is moving from Alpha to Beta testing! Here is a list of updates and fixes in this release:

New Features and Enhancements

  1. Date/Time and OHLC + Volume Display

    • Added the ability to display Date/Time, OHLC (Open, High, Low, Close) values, and Volume directly on the chart for improved data analysis.

  2. Collapsible Indicator List

    • Introduced a button to collapse the list of indicators, providing a cleaner and more organized charting workspace.

  3. News Integration

    • News Icons on the Chart: Visual icons indicating news events directly on the chart.

    • News Popups: Quick access to detailed news information through popups.

    • News Tab: Dedicated tab for viewing all news events.

    • Upcoming/Past News Display: Clear distinction and display of upcoming and past news.

    • News Filters: Filter news by priority and country for tailored information.

    • News Date Availability: News are available starting from the year 2007

  4. Chart Enhancements

    • Angle Snapping for Lines: Lines snap to angles when drawing with the Shift key pressed, ensuring precision.

    • Copy and Paste Graphical Objects: Use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V or the context menu to copy and paste graphical objects seamlessly.

    • Move to the Last Bar Button: Added a button at the bottom right of the chart to quickly navigate to the most recent bar.

    • Chart Reset (Autoscaling): Double-click on the price axis to reset and autoscale the chart.

    • Modify Fibonacci Tools Levels: Added the ability to modify levels in Fibonacci tools for more customized analysis.

    • Selective Display of Ichimoku Lines: Implemented the ability to selectively display Ichimoku indicator lines.

  5. Graphical Object Management

    • Shift Graphical Objects When Duplicating: When duplicating via the context menu, graphical objects can now be shifted to a new position.

    • Hide and Show Graphical Objects: Developed the ability to hide and show graphical objects on the chart, enhancing visual management.

  6. Sorting and Navigation

    • Sorting of History Data: Enabled sorting of historical data by clicking on terminal headers.

    • Sorting of Symbols Alphabetically: Implemented sorting of symbols alphabetically within groups.

    • Changing Symbols in New Order Modal: Users can now change symbols directly in the New Order modal window for easier navigation.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed Bug with the Ruler on Oscillator Window

    • Resolved an issue where the ruler tool was not functioning correctly on the oscillator window.

  2. Fixed Indicators Display on Chart Reload

    • Fixed the bug where indicators would not display correctly after the page was reloaded.

  3. Fixed Cursor Display for Graphical Object Handlers

    • Addressed the issue with incorrect cursor display when interacting with graphical object handlers.

  4. Fixed Item Selection on High System Scaling

    • Fixed the bug where incorrect items were selected on the chart when system scaling was set to 125% or higher.

  5. Fixed Text Tool Display on Chart

    • Corrected the display issue with the text tool on the chart.

  6. Updated Default Color of NY Trading Session

    • Changed the default color of the NY Trading Session in the Trading Sessions Indicator to green for better visibility.
